It is beautiful! I can teach you how to make one (except I only know how to make it like that on one side and raggety on the other side). There is a store in Bryan on Texas that has the most beautiful material. It is kind of expensive though ($7.99-$9.99/yd). It is definitely cheaper than the Pottery Barn price though. I would guess it would be about $100? Someone taught me how to make mine (mine is the green and blue from your background + tan), and hers reminds me of the picture above.
I read some bad reviews about this quilt... that it isn't great quality and the material is too thin. Something to think about! Makes me feel a little better about not being able to afford it :)
