I ran 1.89 miles today... I wasn't running very fast, but still running nonetheless. I was hoping that my next training update would be 2 miles but I must say I'm proud of my almost 2 update. After 3 full weeks of running at least 3 times a week my breathing has finally caught up to my body!
I have been carrying my water bottle around and drinking water a lot lately, it has seemed to help with the cramping. Side-stitching has also gotten better. I have been doing crunches because I have a theory that more muscle and less flab will hold in my organs better and prevent stitching. But the most important thing has been running with a friend. As much as I want to quit sometimes, I don't want Holly to think I'm lame so I press on.
