Half Marathon Training: Week 1

Okay, let's just say I'm starting sloowwwwww.... last week I started at 1 mile. My run this morning was a little over a mile and running is much easier today than it was a week ago. I ran a new trail and it was SO PRETTY! I am so happy to have discovered this trail that reminds me of where I grew up. I am looking forward to many runs here as well as taking Cub with me at some point.

  1. you can totally do it dayna! i'm training right now too except that i run my race in three weekends. i never thought i could do it, but i will!!! keep us posted.
